| Coming Soon: New Support Options – Hospitality Services |

We are changing how you contact GM Coaching, Reputation Management, and Choice Privileges Hotel Support (CPHS)* to simplify how you can find support. Currently, there are individual phone numbers and email addresses to reach each of these. We are consolidating teams under a new name, Hospitality Services, so you can reach each team the same way.
What is changing?
- There will be one single phone number to reach GM Coaching, Reputation Management, and Choice Privileges Hotel Support (CPHS), consolidated under Hospitality Services.
- Instead of individual email addresses for each of these teams, you will reach the teams via ChoiceNow intake forms.
- Choice Cares and Call Forwarding teams will be offered under the new phone number, and their individual email and phone numbers will continue.
