Advance Purchase Booking Window Adjustment
As part of our continuous commitment to exploring avenues for revenue enhancement at your hotels, we want to address a recent concern related to the Advance Purchase Rate booking window and its potential impact on property rates. Your property has been offering same-day APR bookings, which could result in a dilution of rates.

Maintaining competitive rates while preserving the value and exclusivity of our offerings is crucial for your success. Therefore, we are taking proactive steps to try to help your property's performance by attempting to prevent any potential decline in ADR.

No action is required by your hotel to make this change. Changes to your APR booking window will be adjusted to 7 nights and made on your hotel’s behalf starting this week.
