User Access Permissions

Below are details regarding User Access settings. Use these setting to control your user's experience.

• Group Admin

  Checking this box will give this user access to just about everything.

• Manage Settings Send

  Checking this box will enable a user to manage "From" addresses.

• Manage Settings Group

  Checking this box will enable a user to manage Groups.

• Manage Settings Subscription

  Checking this box will enable a user to purchase additional subscription options, change credit card info or cancel subscription

• Manage Settings API

  Checking this box will enable a user to generate API keys.

• Manage Campaigns

  Checking this box will enable a user to manage Campaigns. This means they can add, delete or edit campaigns. If not checked the Campaigns page will be hidden.

• Manage Subscribers

  Checking this box will enable a user to manage Subscribers. This means they can add, delete or edit subscribers. If not checked the Subscribers page will be hidden.

• Manage Images

  Checking this box will enable a user to manage Images. This means they can add, delete or edit images. If not checked the Images page will be hidden.

• Manage Templates

  Checking this box will enable a user to manage Templates. This means they can add, delete or edit templates. If not checked the Templates page will be hidden.

• Manage Code

  Checking this box will enable a user to access the Code editor. You may want to disable this for users who are not developers.

• Manage Template Settings

  Checking this box will enable a user to access Template Settings. You may want to disable this if you wish do disallow are user from changing a templates particular settings.

• Can Clone

  Checking this box will enable a user to clone templates.

• View Group Information

  Checking this box will enable a user to see information about the entire Group - such as reporting. If not set, the user will see only information pertinent to herself.

• Manage Suppress Tracking

  Checking this box will enable a user to check or uncheck the Suppress Tracking check box. You may want to disable this if you want to disallow a user from ever disabling tracking.

• Manage Analtyics

  Checking this box will enable a user to access the Reporting pages.
