Admin: how to edit user permissions

If you are a Group Admin you will have the ability to maintain permissions for each user in your group. There are a wide range of permissions you can assign to change what your users can do and see. For instance, you may want to prevent some users from editing code. Or you may want to prevent image uploads. There are all kinds of needs for customization and Serious Email gives you many choices.

  1. Go to Admin->Users

    This is located here: Users
  2. Select a User to update

    Click on the User Name of the user you wish to edit.
  3. Find the related Permission

    Check the box to enable - uncheck to disable. There are several and we add more frequently. Click the following link for more information: User Access Permissions.
  4. Click "Update User"

    Click on the "Update User" button to save your changes.
