Unless you're an Admin - the "From" address you add will only be visible to you. Maybe it's your job to add "From" addresses, but ultimately they belong to someone else. No problem. Just change the Owner. Here's how:

1. Go to From address

   The From Address Manager is here: From address.

2. Click Tools Button

   Click the tools button next to the From address you'd like to share.

3. Select Settings

   Select Settings from the drop down. This will open a modal window.

4. Select a new Owner

   You'll see a drop-down that is populate with other users who are associated with this Group. Choose the new owner.

5. Note

   If you are an Admin, you'll continue to be able to see the From address you just changed. Otherwise, only the user who now owns this "From" address will be able to see it.
